The purpose of this page is to provide general direction and guidelines for this role at Dev Launchers.
Also known as: PO, Product Manager; a Product Owner is responsible for defining what changes need to happen in a product, and in what priority they should be addressed.
Your primary responsibilities will be:
Refine Backlog: Regularly refining and updating the product backlog to keep it relevant and reflective of current priorities.
Define Features: Turn ideas into words and review those descriptions with the team to confirm high level understanding and feasibility.
Incorporate Feedback: Gathering and incorporating feedback from users, stakeholders, and the development team to improve the product.
Confirm Quality: Working closely with QA teams to ensure that the final product meets quality standards and user expectations.
Training and Support: Providing training and support to users and stakeholders on new product features and enhancements.
